Marc Davis, CPA
Marc Davis is a Partner and co-founder of Davis Farr LLP and a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience providing audit, accounting, consulting, and attestation services to government agencies and nonprofit organizations. His expertise includes financial statement audits, internal control assessments, compliance audits, and SOC examinations. Marc is a frequent speaker on auditing and internal control topics and co-author of ePractice Aids for Reporting on Controls of Service Organizations. Marc is affiliated with the AICPA, CSMFO, and CalCPA. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.

Jennifer Farr, MBA, CPA
Jennifer Farr is a Partner and co-founder of Davis Farr LLP and a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of experience providing audit and consulting services to local governments and nonprofit organizations. Her expertise includes governmental accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and emerging accounting standards. Jennifer serves as a GFOA CAFR reviewer and is a former Chair of the CalCPA Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee and the Orange County United Way Financial Review Committee. Jennifer is affiliated with the AICPA, CSMFO, and CalCPA. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
