Working closely with our Partners, our Managers bring extensive technical expertise, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience to every engagement, helping clients navigate complex financial, compliance, and operational challenges. Our Managers have experience serving federal, state, and local governments, special districts, nonprofit organizations, healthcare entities, service organizations, and commercial businesses. They are responsible for leading engagement teams, overseeing fieldwork, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships. Joyce Vondee Amankwah, CPA

Joyce Vondee Amankwah is a Manager with Davis Farr LLP and a Certified Public Accountant with more than eight years of experience serving local governments, special districts, and nonprofit organizations. Her expertise includes financial statement audits, grant-specific audits, Single Audits, agreed-upon procedures engagements, compilations, and review engagements. Joyce is affiliated with the AICPA and CSMFO. She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accountancy and Finance from California State University, Northridge.

Nicholas Baldelli, CPA

Nick Baldelli is a Manager with Davis Farr LLP and a Certified Public Accountant with more than 13 years of experience serving local governments, governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans. Nick is affiliated with the AICPA, the North Carolina Association of CPAs, and the Arizona Society of CPAs. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.

Anahiz Diaz, CPA

Anahiz Diaz is a Manager with Davis Farr LLP and a Certified Public Accountant with more than seven years of experience providing audit and consulting services to local governments, special districts, and healthcare organizations. Her expertise includes financial statement audits, agreed-upon procedures engagements, and audits of Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. Kyle Haas, CISA, CFE

Kyle Haas is a Manager with Davis Farr LLP and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner with more than 14 years of experience managing compliance, performance, internal control, and agreed-upon procedures engagements. He has developed specialized expertise in the planning and performance of SOC examinations and healthcare provider audits performed on behalf of the Federal Government. Kyle is affiliated with ISACA and ACFE. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.

Mike Haas

Mike Haas is the Talent Acquisition and Operations Leader for Davis Farr LLP and has more than a decade of experience in workforce strategy, organizational planning, compensation analysis, recruiting, and business operations. He leads the firm’s talent acquisition efforts and works closely with leadership to recruit, develop, and retain professionals across all levels of the organization. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from California State University, Fullerton.

Jeri Marcia, MBA, CPA

Jeri Marcia is a Manager with Davis Farr LLP and a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience providing audit and consulting services to government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and government contractors. Her expertise includes incurred cost proposal audits, indirect cost rate audits, financial and compliance audits, performance audits, Single Audits, SOC examinations, and agreed-upon procedures engagements. Jeri is affiliated with the AICPA and Orange County Advisors in Philanthropy. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Bakersfield.

Becky Park, CFE

Becky Park is a Manager with Davis Farr LLP and a Certified Fraud Examiner with more than 15 years of experience serving federal agencies, local governments, and special districts. Her expertise includes agreed-upon procedures, engagements, financial and compliance audits, performance audits, pre-award accounting system audits, cost proposal audits, and indirect cost audits.
