Marc has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1986 and has several professional affiliations including CSMFO, AICPA, and California Society of CPAs. Marc has provided extensive consulting services to local governments. He has been a speaker at the AGA annual conference on the usefulness of SOC examinations in the government arena and he is co-author of ePractice Aids for Reporting on Controls of Service Organizations. Marc is an alumnus of California State University, Fullerton, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting.

Shannon Ayala is a CPA with 19 years of audit experience. Jonathan Foster is a CPA with over 10 years experience auditing and consulting for local government agencies, special districts, and commercial entities. Gordon Ho, CPA, has over 23 years of experience in government auditing and accounting. He has extensive expertise in cost incurred audits, financial and compliance audits, performance audits, and agreed-upon procedures engagements for government sector clients. Gordon holds a B.A. in Public and Social Administration and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles. He is a member of the AICPA, the California Society of CPAs, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Jennifer Farr is a founding partner of Davis Farr LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of experience in local government and nonprofit auditing and consulting. Jennifer has several professional affiliations including CSMFO, AICPA, California Society of CPAs, and is a GFOA CAFR reviewer. Jennifer is the past Chair of the CalCPA Governmental Accounting & Auditing Committee and the Chair of the Orange County United Way Financial Review Committee. Jennifer is a frequent speaker on matters pertaining to technical issues and new GASB pronouncements. She is an alumnus of California State University, Fullerton, where she earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration / Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.

Jeff Ball is a CPA with over 15 years of auditing experience. He has extensive experience performing financial statement audits for Local Governments, Special Districts, Higher Education, Agreed-Upon-Procedures, as well as financial audits of Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. Diego Vanegas, CPA, CISA, CITP
Diego F. Vanegas is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). He has over 20 years of experience leading financial, compliance, internal control, performance, and operational audits for government entities and commercial organizations. He also conducts agreed-upon procedures engagements and cost proposal reviews. Diego has specialized expertise in System and Organization Controls (SOC) examinations and extensive knowledge of internal controls, IT systems, and audit methodologies. He holds dual B.S. degrees in Business Administration (Accounting) and Computer Information Systems (Business Systems) from California State University, Los Angeles, and is a member of the AICPA and ISACA.
